These Terms of Use govern access to highperformancechiropractic.com and its website content. The website is operated by S.C. & Associates Chiropractic Pty Ltd (ABN 91 612 587 854), trading as High Performance Chiropractic (“HPC”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These website terms do not replace any clinical consent, privacy notice, treatment plan, fee disclosure, cancellation policy or other agreement that applies to services provided by the clinic.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful personal and informational purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that unreasonably burdens it, impersonate another person, or use the content unlawfully.

Health information

Website content is general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or a substitute for an assessment by an appropriately qualified health practitioner. Using the website or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a practitioner–patient relationship.

Bookings and third-party services

Online bookings may be provided through PracSuite or another third-party service. A booking request is subject to availability and is not final until accepted or confirmed. Separate clinic policies may apply to appointment changes, cancellations, fees, treatment and payment. If third-party terms apply, you should review them before using that service.

Offers, discounts and advertising

Any offer, discount or inducement is subject to the eligibility, inclusions, exclusions, availability, expiry and other terms stated with that particular advertisement or landing page. Clinical assessment and suitability remain necessary; an advertised offer does not guarantee that treatment will be appropriate or provided. If an offer page conflicts with these general terms, the specific lawful offer terms apply to that offer.

$45 initial consultation offer — Terrigal

$45 initial consultation at our Terrigal clinic. New patients only. The offer must be claimed at the time of booking and mentioned again at your first visit. If you enquired through our online form, the offer is valid for 7 days from the date of that enquiry. Our usual initial consultation fee is $140, but with this offer you only pay $45. Subsequent appointments are charged at standard rates and there is no obligation to book further appointments. Additional services are charged separately. Offer subject to availability and clinical suitability. An adjustment is included only if your chiropractor assesses it as clinically appropriate and safe for you. No treatment outcome is guaranteed. Private health fund rebates depend on your policy and level of cover — check with your fund. Care is provided by chiropractors registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Fees, payments and consumer rights

Prices displayed on the website should be in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable unless clearly stated otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website and its text, graphics, branding and other content are owned by or licensed to HPC. You may view and make a reasonable personal copy for non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit the content without permission or another lawful basis.

Third-party links

Links and embedded services are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily indicate endorsement.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise that all content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from website use is limited, but no limitation in these terms applies where it would unlawfully exclude a right or liability.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal and health information collected through the website, enquiries, advertising and bookings.

Changes

We may update the website and these terms. Changes apply from the date the revised terms are published and do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts and tribunals with jurisdiction in New South Wales may hear disputes, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
